當小朋友愈來愈接近升小一的階段，我希望安排更多的數概基礎給他練習，讓他小一的時候能夠掌握得更好。看過很多外國的幼教數學老師會安排小朋友做一系列的 Math Fact Family 工作紙，這些數學基本加減法的練習其實是十分有趣的。

透過這個 "Fact Family" ，小朋友能夠更加加深理解加減法的基本性質。這套練習的設計是以涉及相同數字的相關加法和減法為 「事實的集合 (家庭) 」加法和減法 "Fact Family" 包括兩個加法和兩個減法，即總共4個算式題，例如，數字1、2和3的加法/減法 "Fact Family"包括以下內容：

• 1+ 2 = 3
• 2 + 1 = 3
• 3 - 1 = 2 
• 3 - 2 = 1

 "Fact Family" 是一組使用相同數字的數學「事實」。 在基本的加或減的情況下，我們使用3個數字並得到4個「事實」 (如上)。 更高層次的 "Fact Family" 可以進行乘法和除法的示例，家長可以於網上再找更多資料， 關鍵字"Fact Families for Multiplication and Division"。

今次這套 "Fact Family" 工作紙以屋 🏡 的造型為圖案把每組4個算術題集合，小朋友會更容易明白其關係。我亦以3個不同顏色作為小提示，讓小朋友理解 "Fact Family" 內的數字移動規律。家長可以安排 數的分解與組合 Number Bonds 給小朋友同時做加減法的基礎練習。"Fact Family" 的設計上層 (屋頂🏡 ) 是以"數的分解與組合 Number Bonds" 為基礎。小朋友先明白數值的組合和分拆規律，再理解4個算式題的變換。
